Time Melts Away

Moments slowing, a temperature peak
Timeless emotion, we no longer speak
Precious seconds, ticking in rhyme
Time melts away, wasteful decline

Words of no substance, silence at night
Inner self mourning, blinded in fright
Hiding away, interaction now lost
Technology age, but at what cost

Souls disappear, timeline now still
Something is missing, gaps to refill
Searching for answers, pages all blank
Tears heavy in sin, hearts that now sank

Final moment reflections, wisdom ignites
Journey delayed, clock stops in flight
If I have my time over, minutes at least
What would I change, fears all released
