Yeah, cats fear death. Fear is natural, and a good thing. Fear is one of my dearest friends, and I learned this alone, in the dark.

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

Be afraid. Be very afraid - but don't let it prevent you from living beyond your limits and knowing the joy that comes from every moment when what you were afraid of didn't materialize, or you surmounted. When you befriend fear, you become it's master.

Only fools are never afraid, and it is the very bravest of us all that can face their most debilitating terrors and still act according to their principles. Bravery requires fear. Fear is reason itself. I am not unafraid.

I just act that way.
