We've got problems here, no one wants to talk about. It is getting no coverage at all on the financial channels that I can see. When cash goes into the bond market, yields gets suppressed - they drop.

What happened in these days, is pretty amazing actually. The one-year is yielding higher than the two-year, the three-year the 5-year or the seven-year. This this is just freaking not normal.

But you won't hear about that a lot. You will not hear about what's going on in the bond market. Why I'm telling you this? Because bonds are one of the best indicators when something isn't going right on the stock market. It all started few months ago, when the chart of all the yields (1y, 2y, 5y,7y, 10y, 20y, 30y) was almost flat.

World is falling into Japan based trap

Paul Krugman wrote one sentence 1998, which is coming true. "The clear and present danger is, instead, that Europe will turn Japanese : that it will slip inexorably into deflation, that by the time the central bankers finally decide to loosen up, it will be too late"

What is happening around the world, even people on the street in France, Venezuela, Argentina....or elsewhere - is a result of banking frauds and dirty politics. Just like Deutsche Bank is 'too big to jail'.

Politics and the nation-state can be democratic. Money, economy and finance - never. These are facts.

In this sense, we should avoid a dangerous illusion about Europe regarding the Union: the EU can not protect people from this neoliberal globalization. On the contrary, the Maastricht Treaty is the best example of a kind of neoliberal constitution, with everything that follows: a forced deflation of wages, a denial of social rights, an ideology of "the absence of alternatives", hegemony of the capital interest.
