Mini pie de limón
Buen día Comunidad, hoy tocó trabajar postres para un pedido especial.... dentro de lo que elaboramos está el pie de limón, en versión mini o individual, muy versátiles para reuniones o fiestas. Pequeñas tartaletas de masa quebrada, rellenas de una deliciosa mezcla de queso crema, leche condensada y limón y adornada con merengue suizo.
