Ephesians 5:26 “That He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,”

To maintain a healthy, normal Christian life, we must cultivate a habit of reading the Bible daily. God’s word is truth and it not only sets us free, but it also sanctifies and washes us. Hence, we must consistently read the Bible. Reading through the whole bible can seem like an insurmountable task. The daily readings are not difficult and do not take a lot of time. The main thing is to build up a good habit of reading daily. If you miss a day or even several days, do not go back to start again at the beginning. Pick up where you left off. Eventually you will finish.
