The Swallowtail really loves the purple blooms on the chives.
I have chives planted at the front and back of the house. Both bees and butterflies enjoy them.

Greetings and salutations Cowboy! Still not warm enough yet for the chives. The photo was from the summertime. I hope we have lots of butterflies this year as both the bees and butterflies are scarce nowadays with all the insecticide used to kill weeds, etc.
that's just sickening isn't it redheadpei? They should have outlawed Roundup years ago. They say traces of it is in all our food now. At least in the U.S.
