One of the most distinctive features of butterflies is that they have bright and colorful wings of their different shades. There are about 18,000 species of butterflies. They are found all over the world and live in all types of habitats including grassplaces, jungles and Arctic tundra.

Butterflies are a beautiful insect that lives anywhere from 2 days to 11 months. The fastest butterflies can fly up to 30 miles per hour per hour. Most butterflies are found in tropical rainforests, but they can live in all the seasons and height of the world. The butterfly transfers to avoid cold weather. One of the most amazing things about this insect is how to change butterflies with caterpillars. It is called a transformation. The caterpillar first creates a cocoon and then sticks to itself in the cocoon. Then special chemicals are released which convert caterpillar cells into a butterfly.
