Harsh Climate - B & W Photo Contest

This shot was taken back in January when we had one of the coldest spells we have ever had. It was freezing, the drain pipes on our roof that normally pour out water were frozen solid, it was crazy and lasted for so long. Now that the weather is nicer atm its nice to look back at how cold it was and remember the amazing scenes we saw. This shot was taken in the Lake District, the wind was blowing the snow across the valley with such a harsh force. I loved how you could sense the cold in the photograph instantly.
