BYD is achieving a breakthrough 'cell-to-body', the technology that enhances vehicle performance.
The company also pursues overseas business expansion, not only because it faces challenges from fierce competition in the domestic market but also because it aims to lead supply chains in such as electronic vehicles and renewable energy.
So BYD has established its manufacturing hubs in the US, Brazil, and Hungary, and planning to develop facilities more in Thailand, Indonesia, and Chile.

BYD is trying the rapid business growth across borders, especially driven by increasing demand for electric transportation and renewable energy systems on a global basis. The company seeks to integrate its products into entire transportation and data systems, leveraging its competitive advantage - "battery technology".
