Cake (Donat Puntir)
Selamat sore sahabat steemian, long time no see.... Akhir akhir ini jarang posting karena saya memang agak sibuk hehe
Sore hari yang spesial ini saya dibuatkan kue sederhana oleh istri. Entah apa sejenis donat dengan bentuk yang berbeda.
Istri saya menyebutnya Donat ?Puntir karena tekstur nya yang dipuntir puntir.
Adonan awalnya seperti ini. Sikecil mengganggu suka nyobain adonan.
Lucu ya bentuknya
Kemudian didiamkan agar mengembang, lalu digoreng dengan minyak panas. Setelah matang jadinya seperti ini.
Menggugah selera ya
Bahan bahan nya murah dan mudah
Cukup tepung terigu dan ragi instan
Jangan lupa mentega dan gula nya ya.
