Strain Review #: White Fire OG & Candyland

Today I get to try out my new macro lens. The test subjects are White Fire OG and Candyland. I'm excited to see the difference in trichomes when looking at strains that tested differently in THC%. Make sure to zoom in to see all the detail! I hope you enjoy the shots as much as I do.

Review	White Fire OG has a very pungent earthy smell with a very light sweet smell. The nugs are quite dense and are covered in kief. Taking a rip might be a bit harsh because this stuff is potent! The effect of White Fire OG is a balance of cerebral and body which is great for the daytime, or for those who don't want too much Indica.

Review	The aroma of Candyland is quite unique. It smells of roses combined with sweet and earthy. While both strains look similar in color, Candyland is slightly less dense and the nugs are not as round. I'm guessing that the flower was cured and trimmed differently. The feeling is much more cerebral than White Fire OG. I didn't manage to pick up as much Candyland, but it was quite enjoyable. Anyone who enjoys aromatic cannabis or sativa strains will appreciate Candyland.

If I had to choose one for myself, I would go with White FIre OG. The potency is a major factor and I prefer strains with a little more Indica. However, Candyland is a strain that I would recommend more to others because the smoke tastes better and it smells really good.

While researching White Fire OG I stumbled across an interesting discovery about its lineage. White Fire OG's parent strain, The White, is a strain that has been well guarded by its growers. The White's genetics are unknown because the breeder has kept it a secret. If I ever come across the white, I will definitely pick it up and review it!
