Cannabis Is Fastest Growing Industry In the United States Right Now
It seems like every other day there is one bill or another being introduced that's seeking to decriminalize or legalize cannabis for medicinal or recreational purposes in the United States.
The cannabis acceptance continues to grow rapidly and the industry is currently the fastest growing industry in the country, responsible for adding over 64,000 jobs last year alone.
A number of farmers have also been greatly enthusiastic about the prospect of getting into the cannabis industry. Transforming their former farms into cannabis and hemp operations, rather than harvesting wine, tobacco, corn, and a myriad of other products. Many of them don't even consume cannabis themselves, but a growing number of them are eager to take advantage of the opportunity to cash in on the growing popularity surrounding this industry.

It's estimated that there are currently more than 1,700 cannabis dispensaries scattered around the United States, in states like Massachusetts, Connecticut, California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, Illinois, and other areas.
With various bills continually being introduced, seeking to decriminalize or legalize cannabis in one way or another, even federally, it might not be long before we see broad changes on a federal level.
A reversal of cannabis prohibition would be great because the drug war isn't working, it achieves much more harm than any supposed good, "legal drugs" have proven to be far more harmful, people should have a natural right to decide what they put into their bodies, and no one deserves to be killed or caged for a victimless crime; for consuming, growing, or trading cannabis.
Hi doitvoluntarily, you provide such interesting two sides arguments. I hate to think that illegal drugs have caused such terrible control, fear, harm and millions of deaths. I know that legislation will change this to a large degree.

Well, yeah. But that’s almost why u don’t want to grow stuff right now cause of the lower value. It should come back, especially if you can crush others quality and grow a product they can’t compare to.

I haven't been paying too close attention but did watch a video that is this grows it may mark the end of the mom and pop growers as larger farms and coorporations are growing at scales
They cant compete against.
Looking forward to see how this all settles out as I think there will be opportunities for mom and pop as well as large coorporations and see what new inventions come out as the legallization spreads across the us.
