A lot of other countries, like the ones you mentioned, and others like Spain, have already had decrim laws in place much better than Canada has just introduced.

It's weird that places like Thailand are suddenly "legalising" after having death penalties for cannabis...right after Canada's legalisation (which was supposed to be decrim 20 years ago). Something smells here and it's not the dank haha.
