Ugh. That's something we haven't had to deal with, here. The black market is the free market, here. It's where all the best quality and lowest prices are. Dispensaries are highest quality out there, but also high price. Government weed is now trying to compete (with thugs to enforce their monopoly) but their stuff is the lowest quality of anything, and even higher price than dispensaries.
