Some pll don't mind to consume the whole plant material (except the woody stems), soaked in olive oil and later decarbed during coocking :)
Even with some seeds from wild weeds, you got the nutrition and some crunchyness... ;) hehe
Nothing agains an oily sweet pie or cake from time to time...
