NextValium GUI 0.3.1 for NextColony - High traffic at middle earth exposed a bug

High traffic at middle earth exposed a bug in the NextValium GUI 0.3.0. Centering the galaxy map at 0/0 took an unusal long time to paint the map. Finally found the bug in a loop within a loop. Version 0.3.1 fixes this bug and runs much faster.
