I can't imagine how heavy that must be, along with a child. Her back must be very strong, but also I would guess it's a bit sore as well. Anyone looking at this picture that doesn't need to carry a burden in this way should be thankful of their comfortable life. We all should be striving for better conditions for all people in the world, those in poverty are still shamefully overlooked.
