Hello Steemit's Colleagues, Hope you all doing great, here I would like to share new article with very important and relative information prior to summer season, it is worth your time to at-least read it 1 time :)

Summer season in Karachi, Pakistan or any part of the world can be seriously challenging for automobiles as hot and humid conditions can make it difficult for any vehicle to deliver consistent performance. However, a well-maintained car with all its mechanical parts in good condition can easily withstand such harsh weather conditions. Maintenance or the cars should be done throughout the year, but summer always need special attentions because of the roads absorb extra heat in Summer.

Right now, we are at the end of the March and Mercury already touching 40 Degree Celsius in Karachi. Usually summer season starts in Karachi from Mid-April and stays till end of August, in between June and July remain the hottest months in Karachi and in those months Mercury can touch as high as 50 Degree Celsius.

When the temperature rises in summer, the conditions for driving become seriously tough. Roads absorb extra heat and that makes poorly maintained vehicles vulnerable to car breakdowns mainly because of engine failure, radiator leakage and tyre blowout incidents. Lets explore some important car maintenance practices, which can keep all cars in their best condition throughout the summer season.

  • Engine
    • Engine of the car thoroughly checked by an expert mechanic before the start of summer
    • Regular inspections of hoses and belts of the engine.
    • Engine coolant [Radiator] levels must be checked. Any leakage in the Radiator or a significant drop from the optimal level can cause serious damages to the engine.
    • Engine oil should be on optimal level and should be change as per normal practice (after 4000-5000 KM)

  • Tires
    • Poorly maintained or old tires can give you the biggest headache while driving in extreme conditions.
    • A sudden tire blowout can even be deadly so maintenance of car tires is very important and necessary.
    • Air pressure of tires should be checked on weakly basis
    • Physical testing of tires should be done on 6 month basis and old tires should be replaced with news ones if they grow too old.

  • Maintain all the fluids of the car Filled to their Optimal level
    • Transmission fluid which helps gear shifting smooth
    • Power steering Fluid
    • Wind Washer Fluid
    • Brake Oil

  • Car Parking [It is not related directly to car Maintenance but helps keep the card cool in summer]
    • Always try to park a car in shade
    • Shades are not always available so park the car in a way that backside of car faces sunlight directly. In this way you can protect dashboard, AC and other parts of your car from over heating.
    • Other option is to use sun car shade as protection from direct sun light.
    • Push the hot air out of car when you site in the car after few hours, while the car was parked in the sunlight. Open the windows of the car and set the maximum speed of the car fan but don’t turn on the AC. Or you can just roll down your windows and for 5 minutes’ drive without AC so Hot air go out of car.

These are some tips for keeping cars cool in hot summer. Car maintenance cost is very minimal vs car breakdown cost. In car breakdown situation, multiple car parts either need expensive repairs or complete replacement which can put a serious dent in your wallet.

But you can buy an awning or a garage. It must be fixed to prevent the wind from blowing the awning away. Very convenient products with an elastic band, and on sale, you can often find tents with lacing (pulled through the loops or rings). I'll say at once: that it is not necessary to be guided by the data in the datasheet. You need a larger tent, which will repeat the machine's bends. To do this, you need to make measurements in three places on the sides (hood, roof, trunk) and length. My car is a rarity, and I broke its fender, left it in the garage, and it rotted away. Had to look here for https://snapshades.com.au/car-sun-protection-for-infants/ awning and further restoration.
