SMMT Test day North | Mitsubishi ASX 2019 First Look

We recently attended SMMT at Wetherby to see some of the latest models at the regional test day.

Every September a North and South as well a large event in May at the Millbrook Proving ground and yes this where part of Casino Royale was filmed, the Aston Martin bit.

This event is one where we can go and test brand-new cars many manufacturers attend and we get to test some really cool vehicles.

We tested 5 vehicles this time all which were filmed ready for upload:-

Mitsubishi ASX
LEVC Electric Taxi
Ford Focus ST
Mercedes Benz EQC 400
Audi A4

As you can see from above this post covers Mitsubishi ASX powered by 2L petrol engine it's also got an automatic gearbox however there are manual gearboxes, this is a new model that we are getting on full test very soon, this is a first look, walkaround and quick drive.

This new model looks far more modern, has a panaramic sunroof, electric seat and leather dependant on which trim you choose.

The model we looked at was the Exceed Petrol with CVT and 4WD it had 18" wheel, LED lights and front fogs came with cruise control and uprated safety tech.

This latest model looks very inkeeping with moderm Mitsubishi, great styling even chrome side step.

It really does have great design language, and is just under £26,000 on the road.
