Cool automotive post as always.

About your last inquiry a while ago:

"Also on a side note, does anyone have experience using D.Tube? Would it make more sense to post my new videos to that site instead of straight to Steemit. I have tried using it in the past but noticed extremely low views and only a handful of upvotes."

Dtube has all the promises of being cool, but from consistently consuming media from there, I would observe that the biggest problem is getting videos to playback on there after a long time. Long, like a 2 weeks or sometimes less.

My advice to those using Dtube is always to have a Youtube link embedded as part of the post. So your audience won't be stuck with a post that promises video, a few months down the road, and they cannot watch the video. And YOU cannot edit it either. Last words: use Dtube if you have to, but apply safeguards.

Regards suggestions how to improve your blog here on Steemit, I would say just engage with other people's contents. Steem, unlike Youtube, is a platform for creators the same weight it is for consumers. That is both good and bad... argument for another day. But it means that you increase your chances of gaining engagement with your own post by engaging with other posts. The challenge for you would be to find a niche with like interest. For starters, maybe check out @planetauto's blog. You both are my best auto blogs on here.

Cheers and keep sharing your content. Maybe include your Steemit link in your Youtube post body too. Who knows... it could attract your audience here and y'all "petrol heads" build a community together.
