No that's not how it works. Here is the link to the contest for more details

You create your own cartoon it could be single frame, multiple frame, and so on. For now there is no theme you make your own. @corpsvalues is the host of this contest. Hope you could join 😊
We provide an image for you to caption if you do not have the time create a cartoon. Each week it will be a different image. This week's contest is here and you have until tomorrow to submit a caption or a cartoon (or both!)
