Jalea de mango
La jalea de mango son muy deliciosas , cuando hay temporada de mango se hacen muchos dulces , como la jalea de mangos . Como lo muestra la foto este dulce es muy sabroso lo que lo han aprobado dirán que es cierto.
Ingredientes:
12 mangos un poco verdes.
una cantidad de azúcar equivalente al peso de la fruta cocida .

cuchara de madera
Preparación:
Pelar los mangos, colocar junto un poco de agua en la olla y cocinar tapados , hasta que estén blandos . Dejar enfriar y separar las pulpas de los mangos de las semillas , colar la pulpa y añadir una cantidad de azúcar luego llevar al fuego y remover constantemente con una cuchara de madera y luego dejar enfriar.
