History of the Boccal Castle ... My House ...
This beautiful building is called Castel Boccale, takes its name from the equally beautiful cliff on which it overlooks and is my home! It was built in the sixteenth century to defend Tuscany (Italy) from assaults from the seaIt stands out right in contact with the sea. It was more a tower than a castle, in the nineteenth it was enlarged and made more beautiful with battlements to the towers
and new interior spaces. Later it was used as a residential building Making several apartments ... Fortunately I say! Living here is magical, when I look out on the balcony the spray of the sea almost lapping the face
The air rich in salt spray prickles the nostrils and when the sun sets on the horizon the sky and the sea are colored red and like Fire. It is wonderful to live here a few kilometers from Livorno (ITALY), a modern city with the advantages offered by modernity
And then come home and feel like on an island in the sea far from the world
