Very good description of this type of diseases that can affect our cats, very pedagogical ... I think that very few of us knew this information... I thought that you were a veterinarian.

Well thank you for that @cjao20 and while I talked about some of the diseases I dont think this is what is wrong with Bella the investigation must continue, haha I wish I did know as much as a vet so I could understand what is wrong with Bella.
