๐ŸŒท๐Ÿ’๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒผ A wonderful, beautiful Friday to all! ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ˜˜โ˜€๐ŸŒ…๐ŸŒ„

More often than not, we ๐Ÿ™‰๐Ÿ‘‚ people telling us that exercise is ๐Ÿ‘ for us. I sometimes wonder ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคจ, is it really ๐Ÿ‘ for us ๐Ÿ”โ” Nope, I will not be sharing any research ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ”ฌโš—๏ธ๐Ÿ’‰๐ŸŒก numbers๐Ÿ”ขor data ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿ“‰๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ“Š that will prove whether it is or it is not but this is more of an experience ๐Ÿ™†.

For the past week ๐Ÿ—“๐Ÿ“†๐Ÿ“…, I did not have much โŒš to exercise ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ. And when I say exercise, it usually means sweating it out ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ’ฆ, huff and puff ๐Ÿ˜ค, you know, feeling really worked out ๐Ÿ’ช. For the entire week ๐Ÿ“…, I felt quite ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ฐ, with work ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ–ฑ๐Ÿ“š, with anything for that matter. And the truth is, this is when you just do not ๐Ÿšซโ›”feel ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ like you are in a mood for anything much except to go through your daily routine ๐Ÿ˜ต. The funny thing is, when you are feeling like this ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ , it requires quite a bit of ๐Ÿ˜–effort to push ๐Ÿ›’yourself to do something like to exercise.

So today, since it is Friday, I pushed ๐Ÿ›’myself ๐Ÿšถโ€to go for a swim ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ. With a sunny sky โ˜€๏ธ waiting โณ for me (too bad I couldn't bring my phone ๐Ÿ“ต๐Ÿ“ฑ into the pool, else I could do a #actifit and see how swimming ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ affects the ๐Ÿ“ฑ app's steps count.. remind ๐ŸŽ—me ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธto get one of those phone waterproof protectors), into the pool I went. I ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ and ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ for about 4๏ธ5 minutes โŒš, then I tried to "jog ๐Ÿƒ" in the pool. After about an hour's worth of workout, I stepped ๐Ÿƒ out of the pool.

After a good shower ๐Ÿšฟ and a shade tanner ๐Ÿคœ๐Ÿป๐Ÿค›๐Ÿฝ , I felt very good ๐Ÿคฉ, pumped up ๐Ÿ’ช in fact. Just feeling like a sense of accomplishment ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽ“ , full of energy like an energizer bunny ๐Ÿ‡, fully charged like our smartphone ๐Ÿ“ฑ battery ๐Ÿ”‹.

I do know that exercising ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿคผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธโ›น๐Ÿคพโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ„๐ŸŠ๐Ÿคฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšฃโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ releases endorphins. Some form of a happy ๐Ÿ’– high ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜Ž โ• I was so pumped up ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ that I started cleaning the house, sweeping, mopping and I did the laundry ๐Ÿ‘•๐Ÿ‘š๐Ÿ‘– too. All in all, it felt goooood ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒž. And compared to what I was feeling ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ฐ during the week, this is a good day โ˜•๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ‘.

So, push yourself to work out some sweat ๐Ÿ˜… (people say for two to three times a week), because I can assure you, you will feel good ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜ after. You will feel healthier, your posture ๐Ÿšถ will be straighter ๐Ÿ“, you will walk ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธmore confidently , your muscles ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธwill feel toner ๐Ÿ’ช and you will feel ๐Ÿ’– happier ๐Ÿ˜.

BUT remember ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ‘€ to always exercise within your limits. Do not ๐Ÿšซโ›” overdo it because you will not feel good after ๐Ÿคข๐Ÿค•๐Ÿค’. Your muscles ๐Ÿ’ช and joints will tell ๐Ÿ’ฌ you so or might even scream ๐Ÿ˜ฑ their muscles out ๐Ÿ˜ญ to you.

Go on, go for a run๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ, or cycle ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™€๏ธ or go climbing ๐Ÿง—โ€โ™€๏ธ or some yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ or go play some ๐ŸŒ๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ, or go swimming ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ, or go play some tennis๐ŸŽพ or baseball ๐Ÿ or pingpong ๐Ÿ“ or maybe badminton ๐Ÿธ, how about kayaking ๐Ÿšฃ, or rock climbing ๐Ÿง—โ€โ™€๏ธ, or go play some bowling ๐ŸŽณ, or just go dancing ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ. Even if it is for 20 minutes, you will feel good ๐Ÿ’ชโœŒ๐Ÿ‘ after. But start with baby ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿผ steps ๐Ÿ‘ฃ. You can even ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ at ๐Ÿก, just turn on Youtube ๐Ÿ’ปand ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ away! And after a good workout, you can reward ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ต๐Ÿ’ด๐Ÿ’ท๐Ÿ’ถ yourself a little ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿง๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฅž, just a little okayโ”
