Today is Bengali New Year Or Pahela Boishakh.

1st day of Bengali Calender. Today is our holiday. We organised a Festive called "Mangal Shobhajatra"

We start the celebration With Rabindranath Tagore's song "Esho he Baishakh". In this day we planning & preparing a lot's of Delicious dishes to share with family & friends.

Our traditional breakfast is Panta Vaat (a night old fermented rice) & Ilish Vajaa (Hilsha Fried) with A lot's of Vorta. Specially Aloo(potato) bhorta and shutki(dried fish) bhorta.
