Thank you @sndbox for facilitating us to reach a wider audience across STEEM. As many will see, the idea is quite simple and is an initial draft. There are certain things that are yet to be defined

• 1) in which way will @celfmagazine tokens be distributed among curators, content creators, SP delegators, big investors or sponsors? - 2) What is our value proposition? Why would people prefer to publish through our DAPP over any other? - 3) How can we define a correct marketing structure to receive outsider investors in our SMT and STEEM?

Obviously there are many more questions to answer, and we would like to continue to share them with the community for feedback.
