I agree and do not support violence or law breaking. We need more guidance and need more robust controls. 1st amendment must be applied as well.

The question is to what we apply the Freedom Of Speech to, because clearly in this context of extortion all we are protecting is extortion by trying to suggest that they ought to be protected by the First Amendment.
Very true. Perhaps I was hasty. I am a huge first amendment supporter and often jump fast.
