Maybe you want to create Github bot account for Utopian? I think some project owners want to be notified with the status of the bounties in the Github issues/PRs (similar with Gitcoin)

Clean and intuitive. I like designs like this, it eliminates a lot of baby sitting on how to create a bounty.
Awesome job the team is doing. It's also incorporating outside Steem scenarios which would open up a lot of opportunities.
Woah very cool. I really like how the SP rewards is treated as just a toggle on the bounty system, it will really allow utopian to expand to more people who don't have steem accounts yet.

The description text of the Pro Review feature sounds to me as if the bounty maker gets incentives for creating the bounty. Is that the case?
Can the bounty creator get anything from it if you claim that SP rewards go automatically to the bounty solver? Since you mention SP rewards option, the potential incentives come from the Steem voting system, so does Utopian offer other kinds of incentives that go directly to the bounty creator?
All the SP rewards and liquid donations (not covered in this post) will go solely to the bounty solver/s as distributed by the bounty host, on bounty completion. We'll improve the wording there to make it clear
