¿Valoramos el trabajo de las enfermeras?
La profesión de enfermería es una de las más nobles que puede realizar un ser humano, pues a diferencia de un doctor que cuenta con más prestigio de parte de la sociedad, ellas (y aquellos pocos hombres que forman parte del gremio) no gozan de reconocimiento digno a pesar de que se esmeran en realizar su labor sin importarle los riesgos ni el desgaste físico o emocional que representa.
Su encomiable labor se ve maximizada cuando van más allá del deber y ponen todo su corazón y empeño en atender a los pacientes sin distinguir raza, color ni posición social.
Lamentablemente cuando somos nosotros los pacientes o a un familiar cercano, se nos olvida que son personas iguales a nosotros y empezamos a juzgarlas, precisamente una publicación compartida por una enfermera refleja a la perfección las críticas que reciben casi a diario:

Que estas palabras nos hagan reflexionar sobre la importancia del trabajo que realizan día a día y valoremos el esfuerzo que hacen para que todos los pacientes mejoren su salud, recuperen su calidad de vida y regresen a su casa al lado de su seres queridos.

Maravillosa reflexión, a veces baja los ánimos ver al personal médico emitiendo malas opiniones de los enfermeros y enfermeras cuando ellos son los que ven y tratan con mayor detalle lo que vive el paciente día a día en el hospital.
Es cierto @marthejose, sobretodo aquí en Vzla no se les da el valor que ellas merecen, ¿Que sería de los médicos sin sus ayudantes o su complemento por decirlo de otra manera? Muy pocos hacen el trabajo que realizan. Gracias por tomar en cuenta este blog!
