Lifestyle challenge week #63 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #63
Hello,
The week was full again but it was a total different one. Luckily there was a day off on Wednesday.
I was traveling only one day because I only worked 2 days. It was very stressful because there were a lot of things to do where I did not follow up. It should be full again next week.
Because I got offspring on Saturday, my whole focus was on it. The baby room is waiting for the little one. I can't wait to bring him home.
I was 4 times this week in the gym where I have trained back, legs, abs and shoulder. I have to interrupt the keto diet. I was at the doctor to check my blood levels. I have high levels of urine and triglyceride, which puts a lot of strain on my kidneys. I have to stop the keto diet until the levels are back to normal.
The main project continued slowly. I'm glad and relaxed that things changed last week.
Unfortunately I did not play poker. Just read a few articles to keep me updated on strategy.
Steem goes back to last week's stop. I post daily and am glad that people get motivation again. Will the days stop the autovoter so that my mana can regenerate.
Our witness, the @ro-witness, is busy producing blocks and it is running well. We have a backup server installed just in case. Thank you for your votes.

die Woche war wieder eine volle aber die war verschieden. Zum Glück gab es einen freien Tag am Mittwoch.
Ich war nur ein Tag unterwegs weil ich nur 2 gearbeitet habe. Es war sehr stressig weil es waren viele Sachen zu erledigen wo ich nicht nachgekommen bin. Nächste Woche soll es wieder voll sein.
Weil ich Nachwuchs bekommen habe am Samstag war mein ganzer Fokus drauf. Das Baby Zimmer wartet auf den kleine. Ich kann es kaum erwarten den nach Hause zu bringen.
Ich war diese Woche 4 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich Rücken, Beine, Bauch und Schulter trainiert habe. Die Keto Diät muss ich unterbrechen. Ich war beim Arzt um meine Blutwerte zu untersuchen. Ich habe sehr höhe Harn und Triglyzerid, was meine Nieren sehr stark beanspruchen. Ich muss dafür die Keto Diät stoppen bis die Werte wieder normal sind.
Mit dem Hauptprojekt ging es langsam weiter. Bin froh und entspanter das es sich vorige Woche ein paar Sachen geändert haben.
Poker habe ich leider nicht gespielt. Habe nur ein paar Artikeln gelesen um mich auf das neueste zu halten.
Steem geht wieder nach dem Stop von letzte Woche. Ich poste täglich und bin froh das die Leute wieder Motivation bekommen. Werde die Tage den Autovoter stoppen damit meine Mana sich regenerieren kann.
Unser WItness, den @ro-witness produziert fleißig Blöcke und läuft gut. Wir haben ein Backup Server installiert für den Fall der Fälle. Danke für eure Stimmen.
