Day 53 Resting Day
I had overdone myself a bit yesterday playing a long late tennis session after already having taken a long walk and a 4km run. My leg was a bit strecthed and I did not want to push it and pick up a real injury so I skipped my moring run and will probably do the same tomorrow. Overall my body was tired, but my mind was very sharp so it ended up in a Saturday where I spend quit some time just sleeping on my couch while dreaming a lot. I don't remember what the dreams were about though. Maybe I should take up lucid dreaming again which Is something I was in to some years back.
While my overall food intake was good, I did go to the Biological Supermarked and brought along some biological patato chips (tiny pack) and a tiny cup up chocolate-banana vegan ice cream. Honestly both were far less enjoyable than I imagined they would be. I might make these vegan alternatives a part of my diet again after the 100 days are over, but only If I manage to control them. On firday I ate yellow lentil spagetti with a fresh tomato sauce that contained onion, garlic, tomato, celery, carots and paprika topped up with some nutritional yeast and a lot of fresh basilicum and it was just insanely good.
So overall I would call this a healthy off day from my goals that was used to rest and avoid further injury.
I also got accepted in the #runningproject here on steemit and will continue to include my daily runs into my blog posts. Even though my intention was to do this blog for 100 days and go through the experience of building it up from scratch without buying some Steem Power and Power Up. I will continue to use this acount on steemit after my challenge is over to make posts about health, fitness, vegan food, psychology, running and so on. The goal is to have 500 SP so I can give some better support back to others that have been supporting me. Once thecommunities and SMT hardfork comes alson (It might be this month for all I know) price will probably not be as low as it is now again.
