$34,000 in funds still not received from Changelly.com after 8 hours and no customer service response after 4 hours
I wanted to update the crypto community of possible issue you could face with Changelly.com
I sent about 155,000 SYSCOIN (SYS, about $34,000) to exchange for USDT (USD TETHER) about noon time today and it's just after 8pm here and the transaction is still processing.
I did another smaller test exchange of 2,400 SYSCOIN (SYS) and it went through less than 10 minutes.
Changelly.com may have issues with larger transaction amounts, so I caution everyone to put smaller amounts when doing exchanges or your funds may be stuck all day (if not days). Then you run the risk of the market going down and losing your gains/profits. If you do lose funds because of delays on Changelly.com side then it's on you. Sorry.
Please see the attached screen shot with the larger SYSCOIN sell order of 155,000, which still has been processing for over 8 hours and compare it with my smaller transaction of 2,400 SYSCOIN which went through in less than 10 minutes.
Also, I have put in a customer service ticket over 4 hours ago with no response yet.
Here is what I propose to Changelly to work on as a company so they can become a better company and service for us:
I hope Changelly.com can do 3 things:
(1) Address Changelly.com network transaction capacity issues or explain to us the customers what is currently being done.
(2) Address Changelly.com customer service issues, addressing to us the customers how customer service will improve or what is currently being done to improve customer service to get faster responses.
(3) Address Changelly.com live customer support solutions. I believe, we the customers should be able to speak with a live person or at least have a live chat agent online to feel that our funds are secure.

You need to wait for few hours more for such a big transaction. Because of it's capacity issues.
I've already lost almost $5,000 from the expected amount i was supposed to receive. I did a test sending a small amount and it went through in 5 minutes. If large amounts cause issues, then does Changelly.com suggest its users to send smaller amounts? Also I sent larger amounts through before and they went through less than 15 minutes. Maybe Changelly.com is advertising a 1/2% fee but there could also be manipulation where delays happen on purpose when markets are high, and let your exchange go through once the market has gone down? I really hate the feeling of lack of customer service. Hiding behind an email is not good enough when you are handling thousands in dollars of customers hard earned funds. Other services such as Wallofcoins.com also have live chat so you feel secure someone is taking care of you. Changelly.com cannot implement live chat??
So if its true that Changelly converted my crypto at the higher price of 34,000 and i'm getting 29,000, then the 1/2% they are charging now goes up to a 15% fee that I'm taking a hit.
Now, how does Changelly account for the loss people take? Like in my instance, I would lose almost $5,000? Does Changelly just say..ooops sorry...nothing we can do? Is there any redemption when there is delays on their system which are not know by the public? This is very frustrating that i trust Changelly with so much money, and they are letting me down.
I have an update! Literally less than 5 minutes after I posted this Steemit post and Tweeted publicly on Changelly.com twitter account, my transaction miraculously started going through. So I want everyone to know, that I only lost about $3,000 Changelly.com due to their 12-13 hour delay of my transaction (not the 5,000 I originally thought i would lose). So the public twitter and Steem posts work. I did ask them on Twitter about my $3,000 loss, but I guess that's may be part of wrapping in the 1/2% fee? Ayone...comments please...I would like to know your experiences if your transaction with Changelly.com got mysteriously delayed and you ended up getting less funds from your expected original amount.
Anyways time to go to sleep, i've only taken a $3,000 loss with Changelly today...it could have been worse.
Also, I just uploaded a chart showing where I initiated the exchange with Changelly.com and where they completed the exchange for me over 12 hours later. Enjoy the chart.

Yes there is a lack of customer service across the board. I have also had problems with changelly.
