The vision of generational leadership according to Dr Lucas Lucas is to develop relevant teachers for each of the stages of development (0-5, 6-10, 11-12, 13-18, 19-25 years) towards adulthood, and to do so with a continuous strategy instead of segmented in isolation, planning intelligent transitions between each of those stages.

The generational leaders are the last phase in the discipleship of the little disciples, they carry the torch of those who preceded us in order to be Agents of Transformation in the 7 spheres of society.
