Call to action: join @matkodurko fundraising to support kids in refugee camps in Greece
Hi there my Steemit friends and followers!
I am really excited to post this call to action today as a friend of mine and a devoted Steemian @matkodurko is currently running an awesome initiative where you can directly support kids in refugee centers in Greece. And when I say directly, I really mean directly - @matkodurko is currently in Athens, volunteering with a non-profit organization to aid needy people and refugees in local camps and he just decided to come up with some extra effort on his own and do a little fundraising for the kids living in the camps.

@matkodurko provided some basic info about the initiative in the original fundraising post and since I have already met him in real life, I can tell you this guy has a heart of gold and I am sure he will do his best to make the refugee kids happy with whatever amount of Steem he ends up collecting with.
@matkodurko himself donated 90 of his hard-earned Steem to this cause but every support counts here so if you want to help, feel free to send him whatever you feel like is the right mount. I sent him some Steem too of course.
@matkodurko is going to photo-document the whole action so that all of you who decide to take part in this initiative can see the actual results of it and, hopefully, the happy faces of the poor kids living in refugee camps in Athens.

Thanks for your interest in this initiative! @matkodurko just posted a video where he says he might return to the refugee camps on Easter so he might run another fundraising ;)
