Portland chemtrails in action.
Yep been spraying hard. And I'm definitely wondering how they have money to do this and don't have money to really take care of the people...

Nice they spray so hard every day of the week. Portland is a constant haze even in the mountains. Looks like fire... But it's not.
It's not smog. But oh what do I know.
Once it was clear. And once you could see the mountains. Now it's haze.

It is how they are controlling the weather.
The aerosols being sprayed are "microwaved" by the nexrad radar stations, which depending on the outcome they want it will either rain or stop a storm.
What angers me so much is that this technology has become weaponized. They are creating all the floods destroying the heartland.
This technology could have saved Paradise, Ft. McMurray, towns in Australia and Tasmania.
This technology is how hurricanes can make a 90-180 deg turns or how it can come back and hit a second time.
It will continue until people wake up and start getting angry. Ignoring it gives them permission to continue. We must tell everyone we know. We must stop this before all crops are destroyed and more people lose everything they have worked for.
Oh I'd advise doing an experiment where you put aluminum in the microwave...
And really amazing unpredictable weather can happen from this.
More wind farms to soak up the strain of the weather and free Solar to all!

I shot this video of chemtrails over Portland 3 years ago. This one was wicked. I also got a video of a chemtrail ring around the sun too.
That's really common.. And the moon rings now.
