ok, so then... I'd probably go White castle E8 to E5 to take pawn.
Black pawn h2 to H1 to make queen and check.
White King moves from D5 to C5 and hope that Black Queen moves from H1 to C1 for another check.
White Bishop from H6 to C1 to take out Black Queen.

OK, you say:

  1. Rxe5 h1Q+ 2. Kc5, but now black can play 2. ... Nxh6, and black wins!

Sorry, I don't see it.
Once White King moves to C5, then black has to either move their Queen to C1, or move Knight to take White Bishop @ H6 like you said. But, if that Black knight makes move before it's queen slides to C1, there's still dancing room for White King w/o check.

Even if 2. ... Nxh6 is no check, black simply has more pieces left than white, and therefore will win. :)
