I and Travel - part. 1 #4 Chinag mai cooking class

The next day early morning at 7 am, I already woke up. The cooking class picks up was on 8:00 am – 8:30 am and we had to eat break-first.

It was a greater than I expected. There were enough kinds of fruits and foods. The brewed coffee had good taste.

After finished our meal, pick-up vehicle has arrived and takes us to cooking class place.
The first time we met was well-arranged kitchen utensils. Those were too well- arranged made us couldn't touch anything.

The cooking class began soon. At first, we could taste every ingredient to use we are going to cook. Thai food has a lot of ingredients what Korea doesn’t use so the time we tried was very impressive and It let us be well-understanding status Thai food. There was backyard to grow crops so We could try ingredients besides prepared things.

After tasting time, We went to the local market and were took explain what we can gain in the market.

In fact, I have been few times to cook so I had never been interested in the cooking class but my friend insisted to take the class.

that was why I took the class. but I was totally wrong, I didn't know what I like to do.

and in conclusion, the cooking class was very awesome. The class was for everyone. The teacher instructed us even very basic level.

Chop, stir-fry and mix them.

Just follow the instruction then I could be saw made food.
The process was not boring at all on the contrast it was with full of interesting, fun, enjoying

If you have a plan to take the cooking class, there is one tip for you.
Go there with empty stomach.
It is different from what you choose the courses but at least you have to eat 4 dishes what you made in 3~4 hours.

After finished the cooking class, we had to decide to leave Chiang Mai earlier than planned cuz it was rainy.

as a result, It was a bad choice. I miss you Chiang Mai.
