Peter had a driver that always picks him up and drops him off at school every day. Florence, Jane, Ann and Grace all went to the same school so the school bus. The school bus was always was always coming late to pick them up since the driver had to pick up other children too.
They were always late. Most times, they would miss the first and second lesson. Peter went to British High School, one of the most expensive schools in Lagos state.
Florence, Jane, Ann and Grace also went to a private school, but almost everything about the school was very sub-standard.
Florence never saw this as a challenge. She knew very well that it was not the standrd or class of the school that matters. It is all about what one can achieve.
