In actuality, China's telecommunication industry setup is a monopoly of 3 state-controlled entities, and, from what I understand, people pay the state to allow access through to China. Very similar to how Net Neutrality may go stateside ...

This china censoring has to end imagine what it would do to the world if all Chinese can access the internet like us! wow would it be good for all economy or should Chinese be left in the dark, not counting the users that know of technology of course. But they don't even compare to the non-webies.
