This Criollo-cocoa-bean chocolate was produced in Peru and has a very fine grit when melted in your mouth, with a good balance between the chocolate and coffee. When chewed, there are fruity overtones, initially with chocolate dominating but the coffee quickly asserts itself. If you prefer that the coffee is relatively strong, you'll like this. I thought it was very good!
