Anxious? Stressed? Here's God's Remedy for You!
Are you stressed? Worried? Anxious? Even though you are feeling this way, God still wants to bless you in your stress. He wants to turn your mess into a message. He has set you up to be a champion. He wants you to stop being a worrier because you are a warrior.
I hope the following Bible verses sink into your heart:
"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." ~ 1 Peter 5:7
"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." ~ Isaiah 41:10
"The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms." ~ Deuteronomy 33:27
"I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you." ~ Genesis 28:15
"I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you." ~ Isaiah 46:4
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ~ Jeremiah 29:11
"I will take refuge in the shadow of Your wings until the disaster has passed." ~ Psalm 57:1
Here's what God wants you to do:
- Believe that He truly cares for you.
- Make a conscious decision to cast all your care upon the Lord.
Always pray and ask God for wisdom for every decision you will have to make. When you think that the problem you are facing is too big to handle, give it to Him. Do not worry about it anymore. Let God clear your mind, and think His thoughts through you. Pray for peace and power to take charge of your mind. Make this a habit at the start of each day and as often as you need to throughout the day.

Me too. I am so stressed out right now with all my assignments I have to finish. I need to discipline myself and meditate on Scriptures day and night.
Yes, because we can say that God cares for us and yet we doubt Him sometimes, our words will then be in vain. We must have faith and we must trust Him that He will help us in times of trouble.
Where are you based by the way? I am from the Philippines originally but moved here in Australia in 2010. I also traveled on the Great Ocean Road with my husband in 2011. He was my fiancé then. We saw the Twelve Apostles and stayed in Port Campbell. The accommodation that we stayed at there is owned by a couple; the wife is a Filipina.
My wife an I are missionaries and we live in Mindanao. That Great Ocean road is very Curvy! Lol
