SPIRITUAL EXERCISE.

Some people goes to playing field to keep fit through different kind of exercises. They jump, run and do press-Up but to we Christians our own place of exercise is our spiritual alter where we invoke heaven and get energized

There is no place to get energized as your secret alter as a Christian, it's a place to draw strength in time of need, don't be deceived by any physiotherapist or whatever, there is nothing like physical being(body) been fit if your spiritual being (spirit) is not fit.

Often time we got depressed and they ask us to start doing different kind of exercises, all these things cannot withstand the test of time, am not trying to say that physical exercise is bad but you need your spiritual being(spirit body) to be fit for you to function effectively physically.

What am I trying to say, light up your alter as a Christian and never allow the fire to quench, you can never see devil in the street doing press-up and frog jumps before coming to attack you, he is always ready to pounce on his prey that's why we should be spiritually fit all the time to be able to battle him out.

Many people are living lives of confusion today, distressed and battered because they have abandoned their alter of exercise. We have given more concern to our physical exercise than our dealings with the God of heaven's Armies. Let's note this today, the only place you stand a better chance of defeating your enemies is at your alter of exercise(spiritual alter).

Bible said that we should desire the sincere milk of the word for growth

In 1peter 2:2

AMP:Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto [completed] salvation,

What is God saying here? As a Christian, there is need for growth, don't be stagnant, desire this sincere milk of the word with constant prayers, activate these concepts in your alter and watch your spiritual life grows that's the most important exercise you need in life to be able to confront the principalities and rulership of darkness.

I pray that God will help us to build our spiritual alter today and make it a dwelling place for God in Jesus name, amen.
