What does it mean to Repent?
All of the following:
Admit your wrong actions and intentions, stop doing what is wrong, and start doing is right. Turn from evil and do good. Abandon both evil intent and evil deeds, motive and conduct are to be changed. Turn away from all your offenses and sins. Stop following your own selfish desires and Satan, and instead follow God and His Word.
Acts 3:19 - Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Luke 13:3 - I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Read the Bible, trust in Jesus
