TOPIC:YOUR TONGUE, YOUR POWER
Scripture Verse
_“And the tongue is [in a sense] a fire, the very world of injustice and unrighteousness; the tongue is set among our members as that which contaminates the entire body, and sets on fire the course of our life [the cycle of man’s existence], and is itself set on fire by hell .”

The word of God tells us that the tongue has incredible power. The tongue can be used to bring blessings or curses. Our tongues can be the most difficult thing to control and leave us with great regret if not well controlled. Fortunately,Holy Spirit,who is Gods gift to us can help us to have power and control over our tongue.
Your tongue makes your words. When you get your mind in order you get your speech in order. If you talk rightly, you will get the right things. Prov. 13:2 tells us that if a person will eat good, it depends on how he uses his mouth. If good things are to come your way, you must speak good things. You must declare them.
If you know how to use your words, good things will certainly come towards you. Check your speech. We should be careful what we say, and avoid the excuse of facing facts instead of truth. The bible talks about truth and that the truth will set you free.
Facts may discourage or demoralise you. The truth is that what is behind the facts, is what God has said. What you say can limit or build you. The things we say about ourselves or our future should be positive. They either shape or distort what God has in store for you. What we have accepted to be our future should conform to what God says.

Prayer
Dear Jesus,may my mouth be a fountain of life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
I hope that today's word strengthens us and keep us moving. Also it's my prayer we all learn how to keep our tongues check. God bless us once again.
