BRINGING OTHERS TO JESUS...! THE SOLE JOY OF A CHRISTIAN IS WINNING SOULS FOR THE KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT.
A true christian is always hungry for winning souls for Christ, via evangelising, sharing of hand bills, going out for morning cry, making positive use of our social media, manifesting genue love and been compassionate towards people, in all above medium, Jesus is been preached.
>John 1:41-42
He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.
And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone.
Bringing others to Christ is one of the primary responsibility of a christians
Jesus said to Peter, follow me and I will make you fishers of men.
The first apostles were fulltime involved in spreading of the gospel.
The joy of christianity is, when you see the light(Jesus), you feel the need to let other know.
Phillip brought his friend after encountering Christ.
John 1:45
Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.
And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!
Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.
Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.
Andrew in our Bible text, knew about Christ and called his brother Simon to come and see.
Phillip the deacon, couldn't rest until he witnessed to a stranger.
Acts 8:29-32
Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.
And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?
And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.
No one is born a Christian, most often when someone becomes a Christian the gospel has been presented by another person.
Today's lesson looks at how three believers( the apostles, Andrew and Philip and the deacon Phillip) told others about Jesus, encouraging witness.
WHAT HAVE YOU COME TO KNOW ABOUT JESUS THAT YOU WOULD COMPEL YOU TO INTRODUCE OTHER TO HIM?
Andrew saw in Jesus hope for his people and nation, a hope he wanted to share with his brother, many today have found in Jesus what they need and long for; hope, peace, love, forgiveness, and new life. It's natural for people to want to share with other the wonderful that comes from knowing Jesus.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FOLLOW CHRIST?
Following Jesus involves forsaking sins and obeying His teaching. It also includes laying aside personal ambitions in favour of going where He leads.
SPREAD THE GOSPEL, DON'T BE ASHAME OF TELLING ANOTHERS ABOUT CHRIST
A TRUE BELIEVER IS ALWAYS ON THE FIELD FOR HIS MASTER'S WORK.

Thanks very much for your kind gesture
The main essence of Christianity is being a witness of the Gospel to or immediate environment (Judea) and to others. THis is why the church was established. I pray we come to this consciousness as should be. Thanks @princluv for sharing this.
God bless you for such a wonderful contribution
What I have come to know about Jesus is that He redeemed me from my sins. He is my Saviour and my Lord. He died not only for my sins but also for my worth. When He looks at me, He sees my worth and He loves me unconditionally.
Knowing all of these compels me to share to others the Good news of Jesus Christ and God the Father's love for all mankind.
Great epistle.....thanks
Jesus told His disciples, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men" (Matthew 4:19). The implication is that if we are really following, we'll be fishing -soul-winning. Jesus' last words were, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations" (Matthew 28:19). The Christians in the New Testament went everywhere, preaching the Word (Acts 8:4).
How, then, can you and I be effective witnesses for Him?
This is real inspiring and you have just spoken bibilical.
Thanks for sharing this with us, we much preach the gospel to the world, win more soul for Christ, a church must always be concerned with the people
You are welcome sir.
The greatest joy of Christ is to see us winning souls for God.
Winning soul is the heartbeat of God and those that win soul are wise.
We are committed with a responsibility to bring others to Christ after being saved through Grace by Jesus Christ, we need to take it upon ourselves as a responsibility to always win souls to God
Wonderful contribution, thanks
Our soul is so important to God to the extent that He gave us His only begotten son to die for our sins.
The bible declared that there's a great joy in heaven over a soul that saved.
We need to go out there and bring people to Christ.
Sure talk,,
This message is really wonderful. No one is born a Christian, most often when someone becomes a Christian the gospel has been presented by another person. A true christian is always hungry for winning souls for Christ, via evangelising, sharing of hand bills, going out for morning cry, making positive use of our social media, manifesting genue love and been compassionate towards people, in all above medium, Jesus is been preached. Following Jesus involves forsaking sins and obeying His teaching. It also includes laying aside personal ambitions in favour of going where He leads. this is what really matters as we obey God's word and follow him sincerely
Thanks, for your contribution
