There's Nothing as Poisonous as Uncontrolled Anger

Hello great minds, it's a Sunday and I feel I can help you boost you up by sharing this article with you. I hope it'll do change you for better.
Now let's talk on ANGER!

Anger, one of such cheap feelings, yet capable of generating immeasurable catastrophes. The word “anger” can be seen as a strong feeling of belligerence towards someone or something, usually backed up with a strong desire to harm. Its ultimate aim is vengeance and this does not always produce something positive.

The scriptures in the book of Colossians 3:8 has clearly warn us to do away with anger cause when our heart are corrupted with it, we become more vulnerable for the devil, who is always waiting for the slimmest opportunity to dash in and destroy us. We really can get nothing good out of anger but the fruit it bears is always disastrous.

A popular writer once said that each time we get angry, the devil want to steal something from us. This is a truism because we become totally subverted after an act of anger, this usually lead us to behave in a way that deviates from our ethical or moral standards.

What do you get out of anger?

This is one of the questions you should ask yourself each time you are tempted to pour out those burning ire. The truth remains that uncontrolled anger does one no good, rather, it denudes your happiness, joy, energy and rationality. Refrain from that grill behaviour before it destroys you. For Aristotle,

"Anybody can become angry-that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and at the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way is-IMPOSSIBLE."<<

CONFLICT CATALYST
An uncontrolled anger is a conflict catalyst in this sense because it quickens hostility and strife. Anger pushes one to trouble, and then leaves the person there for destruction. The scripture clearly reveals this to us thus; “refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret- it leads only to evil. For those who are evil will be destroyed” (Psalm 37:8-9a). Instead of reacting violently to one’s action, it is more rewarding to respond with wisdom and with a calm spirit.

Deal with that rage before it destroys you.
