Renovated 1425 years Old church

Edappali "St. George's Forane Church" is one of the oldest and famous churches in Kochi, Kerala. Yesterday was the last day of yearly festival at this church. The main offering to the god is live country chicken. Believers state that even their stolen/missing ornaments come back to them through this offering and their illness are cured through this. These offered chicken are auctioned during this festival period to others.
