Great eye-opening message! I’m not sure if you meant it to be funny, but as soon as you said “colonoscopy” I laughed out loud. I was also going to ask what exactly is fasting for it to count as fasting? Like how long do we fast for and does it have to be both food and water?
Opinions vary, but I usually just do it for a day or two, no food or water, also 1 Corinthians 7:5 mentions a bit more about fasting which I think applies. Others may have other thoughts, so do your own research from trusted sources.
