Securing A Turn Around By The Force of Praise

Turn around should not just be a sung, but it must be experienced everyday. There are forces in God that brings turn around, one vital among others is the force of praise. In Psalm 92:1, scripture says,

"It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High".

Why should we thank God? How much did we pay to God for living on this earth? Even for the breath of life in us? Nothing! That is why God is worth giving our lives to in praise. If you desire a turn around from God, you must be willing to give him praise. In Amos 9:11-15, God says,

"In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old, that they may posses...".

What is the tabernacle of David? It is praise! The house of David is the tribe of Judah, which means praise. God says he will ensure his people praise him, and by so doing, he will make them to possess certain things. That means if we want continuous turn around from God, we must continue to fulfill his praise. In Isaiah 43:21, God says,

"This people have I formed, for myself; they shall shew forth my praise".

As God's product if we are fulfilling our purpose, he will take care of us. But product failure, leads to product abandonment. If you will continue to praise him, he will continue to raise you; so you ensure a turn around by praising him continuously.

The Devil can not endure a praise-full environment. Whenever you are praising God, the devil can not stay, because no one likes to stay where they are praising his enemies. That is why every time David plays his harp, the evil spirit around King Soul disappears. Praise is both an offensive and defensive weapon against the devil. Most men in scripture secured a turn around in their situations by praise. The tabernacle of praise is the tabernacle of manifestations.

Turn Around Points Through The Tabernacle of Praise.

* The tabernacle of praise brings turn around from slavery to freedom: As Jesus gave thanks in John 11:41, there was a turn around in the grave of Lazarus - the dead came back to life. Paul and Silas regained their freedom from prison by the mystery of praise.

* The tabernacle of praise restores our health: Praise is like medicine to our body (Proverbs 17:22). Many are sad to the point they are depressed and are stricken with ailments, but when you are addicted to praising him, you enjoy total health. Joy is the foundation for praise.

* The tabernacle of praise releases strength to our body: Appearing before God in Zion is essentially to praise and worship him. And in Psalm 84:7, scripture says,

" They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God".

Dangers of Praise-less Life.

1. God withdraws Himself from you, and it makes you a cheap prey to the devil (Deuteronomy 28:47-48). People enter into satanic bondage because they don't have a praiseful life.

2. Curses: When you don't praise God, you stand the chance of carrying a curse; and your blessing can become a burden Malachi 2:2.

3. Destruction and stagnation are resultant effects of not praising the Lord Psalm 28:5. No matter what God has done or not, if you praise him, he will change your situation. When you know the dangers of a thing, you avoid it. No matter the condition you find yourself, there is alway reason to give him praise. If you don't like what is happening in your life, you need to give him thanks to change it. And if you like what is happening in your life, you still need to give him praise to sustain it. Whenever you are in thanks, you are in the will of God. 1 Thessalonian 5:18.

4. Prevailing darkness: When you are praise less, you might have darkness around you (Jeremaiah 13:16). When you refuse to praise God, he can withdraw himself and the effect of that is darkness. It is not only good to give thanks, it is a risk not to give thanks. Nothing is ordinary, nothing is normal, getting food to eat, sleeping and waking up is not normal, God is behind it all, that is why you need to praise him for it often. Therefore is wisdom to thank God for what people call little things.

Enemy of Praise

The spirit of heaviness is an enemy of praise, it makes you not to see anything good about yourself; it is demonic. Isaiah 61:3 is the cure to the spirit of heaviness - which is praise. Resist the spirit of heaviness, it makes you not to see reason to serve God nor praise God. Praise is a deliberate effort; you have to decide to be praiseful; no one has the gift of praise. If you wait until you feel like, before praising God, you may never feel like doing it. Praise is a compulsory course in the school of the spirit.

Three Levels of Praise

1. Realization Praise: This is what you do when your desire is accomplished.

2. Expectational Praise: This what you do to show God you believe he will do what you desire, so you give him praise to demonstrate your faith.

3. Sacrificial Praise: This is what you do when the situation is contrary to your expectation. For instance some one is praising God in the bed of affliction.

As Christians, we are suppose to engage in all of them as situation calls for it .

Shalom!

This is full of error. No, if you praise God continually he won't bless you continually or give you what you want.

No, the tabernacle of David wasn't praise. Here's what one of the Bible commentaries says:

Amos 9:11. In that day — In this and the following verses, to the end of the chapter, we have a most consolatory conclusion of this prophecy in sundry evangelical promises, after so many very severe and sharp menaces. The phrase, in that day, signifies here the same as afterward, or, after this, for so St. James interprets it when quoting this very verse, Acts 15:16. And there are other places of Scripture where then, or in that day, signifies afterward. Will I raise up the tabernacle of David — This promise seems, at least in the first place, to be intended of the return of the Jews from the land of their captivity, their resettlement in Judea, rebuilding Jerusalem, and attaining to that height of power and glory which they enjoyed in the days of the Maccabees. This restoration was an event so extraordinary, and the hope of it so necessary to be maintained in the minds of the Jewish people, in order to their support under the calamity of their seventy years’ captivity, that God was pleased to foretel it by the mouth of all his prophets.

Why do you find it hard to understand simple scriptures? Why do you confuse yourself with what you don't know? I have told you several times to ask question and I will be glade to answer them or some other person that is knowledgeable in the things of God can answer as well. Concerning the issues you raised, my post is simply explaining the potency of praise, and let me also tell you that any person with good understanding of the bible knows that Judah means praise. In Hebrew the meaning of the name Judah is: Praise. The praised one. Fourth son of Jacob and Leah a direct ancestor to Jesus Christ. The words Jew and Judaism are derived from his name. An explanation for his name is given in Genesis 29:35
